Welcome to the History Journal blog. My name is Alex and I am a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin majoring in history, economics and classical humanities. I decided to start this blog – a continuation of my older blog, http://trojanwalls.blogspot.com/ – for the sake of writing about what I am reading, engaging in discussion with others, and staving off boredom as I search for a job.
